Comments in current league table order, Bottom Ten opponents in upper case

Southport
Farsley 0-0 Southport; Remaining Fixtures; 01/04 Scunthorpe (h), 06/04 DARLINGTON (a), 13/04 RUSHALL (h), 20/04 South Shields (a). Southport gained a point at Farsley in a game affected by a bobbly pitch and windy conditions. Southport remain in 15th position.

Kings Lynn
Scunthorpe 0-0 King’s Lynn; Remaining fixtures; 01/04 Scarborough (h), 06/04 BANBURY (a), 09/04 Chorley (h), 13/04 PETERBOROUGH (h), 20/04 Spennymoor (a). King’s Lynn unbeaten streak is now 11 games after earning an away point at high fliers Scunthorpe with a goalless draw. King’s Lynn rise one place to 16th position.

Blyth
Blyth 2-3 Curzon Ashton; Remaining fixtures; 01/04 Chorley (a), 06/04 RUSHALL (h), 13/04 Scunthorpe (a), 20/04 Brackley (h). Blyth suffered a setback today losing 2-3 to Curzon Ashton. They had led 1-0 at half time with a 28th min goal. Curzon responded with a goal after 54 mins, Blyth retook the lead after 62 mins. Unfortunately for Blyth, two goals were conceded after 72 and 73 mins and they were unable to score. Blyth fall one place to 17th position.

Peterborough
Boston 2-1 Peterborough; Remaining fixtures; 01/04 GLOUCESTER (h), 06/04 FARSLEY (a), 09/04 FARSLEY (h), 13/04 KING’S LYNN (a), 20/04 Chorley (h). Peterborough fell behind to two Boston first half goals after 32 and 36 mins. Despite Boston having a player sent off in the second half, Peterborough were only able to respond with one goal after 76 mins. Peterborough remain in 18th position.

Farsley
Farsley 0-0 Southport; Remaining fixtures; 01/04 Spennymoor (a), 06/04 PETERBOROUGH (h), 09/04 PETERBOROUGH (a), 13/04 DARLINGTON (a), 20/04 Buxton (h). After a dull 0-0 home draw with Southport, Farsley remain in 19th position.

Darlington
Darlington 0-3 Chorley; Remaining fixtures; 01/04 Warrington (a), 06/04 SOUTHPORT (h), 13/04 FARSLEY (h), 20/04 Chester (a). A bad and frustrating day for Darlington who lost 0-3 at home to Chorley. Cameron Salkeld was denied a goal when the linesman failed to spot the ball had crossed the goal line before Chorley responded with a goal late in first half stoppage time. Two more Chorley goals within the first ten mins of the second half was enough to secure Chorley’s win. Darlington remain in 20th position.

Rushall
Alfreton 1-0 Rushall; Remaining fixtures; 01/04 Boston (h), 06/04 BLYTH (a), 09/04 BISHOP'S STORTFORD (h), 13/04 SOUTHPORT (a), 20/04 Warrington (h). Rushall went down in this game to a goal by Alfreton after 51 mins. Rushall remain in 21st.

Banbury
Banbury P-P Hereford; Remaining fixtures; 01/04 BISHOP'S STORTFORD (a), 06/04 KING'S LYNN (h), 09/04 Spennymoor (a), 13/04 Chorley (a), 16/04 Boston (h), 20/04 Tamworth (h), TBA Hereford (h). Banbury remain in 22nd position.

Gloucester
Gloucester 1-1 Brackley; Remaining fixtures; 01/04 PETERBOROUGH (a), 06/04 Chester (h), 13/04 Curzon (a), 20/04 Scunthorpe (h). Gloucester took the lead after 4 mins, they must have thought they would get three points until Brackley equalised after 89 mins. Gloucester remain in 23rd position.

Bishop’s Stortford
Tamworth 3-0 Bishop’s Stortford; Remaining fixtures; 01/04 BANBURY (h), 06/04 South Shields (a), 09/04 RUSHALL (a), 13/04 Buxton (a), 20/04 Curzon (h). Bishop’s pointless 2024 continues with them conceding three second half goals in this 0-3 loss.

The biggest games that can influence who goes down.
I’ve included Banbury, Gloucester or Bishop’s Stortford games as opposing teams should take advantage of them and get three points in those games.
06/04 is going to be a huge weekend with four big games involving eight Bottom Ten teams, 13/04 has three big games involving six Bottom Ten teams.

01/04 PETERBOROUGH vs GLOUCESTER

06/04 BANBURY vs KING'S LYNN
06/04 BLYTH vs RUSHALL
06/04 DARLINGTON vs SOUTHPORT
06/04 FARSLEY vs PETERBOROUGH

09/04 PETERBOROUGH vs FARSLEY
09/04 RUSHALL vs BISHOP'S STORTFORD

13/04 DARLINGTON vs FARSLEY
13/04 KING’S LYNN vs PETERBOROUGH
13/04 SOUTHPORT vs RUSHALL

The bottom four has not changed today, fourth bottom Rushall trail Darlington by two points.

Who goes down prediction? The bottom four sequence at the end of the season
Farsley on a weaker goal difference to Rushall, Banbury, Gloucester and;

Already relegated. Bishop’s Stortford

If we don`t get anything on Monday at Warrington then i think we can be added to Farsley or Rushall on goal difference

Farsley showed signs of toughening up at the back in their 0-0 draw with Southport following an awful run. Not so much of an attacking threat from either side though. Southport by all accounts had no shots on target and Farsley one.

I wouldn't like it to be between us and Farsley on the final day. We've got the considerable hurdle of Chester away while they have Buxton at home. Craig Elliott has announced he's quitting Buxton at the end of the season and recent results suggest some of their players are dusting off the flipflops already following that revelation

Monday is key, win and I honestly think we will be OK but lose and its anyone from us,Rushal,Peteboroughl and Farsley for the drop.Apparently Rushall pushed Alfreton all the way and could have nicked a point and as Lucan mentioned, Farsley were very solid at the back and restricted Southport.Farsley playing Peterborough twice could make things interesting.
