Agreed, there is fit and then there is match fit. I’m not expecting to see him in a Darlo shirt this season and I hope that he was not given a contract for next season.

The next 2 games are huge, win them and we’re just about safe and can then focus on next year and don’t need to strengthen for this campaign.

The key signings we need to make are those to ensure SW and TM are here next season. Oh, and Matty Cornish.

If you think it a sickening waste of money think how you might feel if you had given the club £5,000 to get him signed on.

Asantes back in "light training" presume that's another level down from fit and two from match fit so don't hold your breath. Terry Mitchell's interview....really impressed.
