Shirts 4 Africa - Kenya Update

Darlo Uncovereds Shirts4Africa appeal has made another delivery and this time we have reached Kenya.

As you will no doubt already know, Darlo Uncovered held another appeal for old football shirts and as usual the fans delivered.

Over 200 shirts were finally donated and we have already delivered our first batch to a scholl in Tanzania where they were greatfully received. Our second delivery has now taken place and this time is was the turn of an orphange and school in Kenya.

This batch of shirts was delivered by Adam Fawcett and his girlfriend Jessica Clarke whilst on a recent trip to Kenya, they also took out a few t shirts kindly donated by Darlingtons largest employer EE. It truly shows the power of football and the genrosity of the fans who donated. It has certainly put a smile on many a childs face. We are hoping to send a batch of shirts to Uganda in the near future aswell as further deliveries to our school in Tanzania, so expect to see more photos on the website over the coming months.
