Fixtures out 1pm Tue 8th Sep
We will soon know our fixtures, not quite the same when we have no idea if we can attend the games.
Anyhow,
Sat 3rd October FA Cup 2nd Q Rnd
Tue 6th October 1st League game (Possibly Monday or Wednesday depending who/where we play)
Interesting dates
Sat 26th Dec Boxing Day
Mon 28th Dec Bank Hol fixture
Sat 2nd Jan (No New Years Day fixture)
Season ends on Sat May 29th
Play off over 3 week ends in June
Anyhow will be strange start to the season., wouldn't be surprised to see Spenny away early on when none/small number fans allowed - just would save any hassle.

Im thinking local away games may be further on in the season as distance could put some off in the early days.super_les_mcjannet wrote: ↑Sun Sep 06, 2020 8:50 pmWe will soon know our fixtures, not quite the same when we have no idea if we can attend the games.

Yeah think you are right although won't be too far midweek for first game, league know they have part time teams so normally try and keep midweek travelling down as much as possible.

York at home !
Re: Fixtures out 1pm Tue 8th Sep
Starting to get worried that we might not get too far this season. Around 6 northern league games cancelled and a few in the midlands I believe. Couple of city players have it, it’s coming back again

Sadly this is a concern. Quite a few games postponed in South East for same reasons.
At present odd games can be replayed later in season, but if too many games are lost then can season be completed becomes a more pressing question

Pretty serious turn of events following a friendly at Burnside WMC a week ago

Kidderminster was the very first game at the Arena.

I will be staying home on Boxing Day
Re: Fixtures out 1pm Tue 8th Sep
Most of the good away trips are towards the end of the season, which could be good if things have eased a little by then. Could be an easier start though

Fylde away.
As tinpot and shite as a first fixture of the season can possibly be. And we'll no doubt get tanked 4-1.

Good to see you taking a positive view of things. Most of us will just be happy to be playing again.Ghost_Of_1883 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 08, 2020 2:49 pmFylde away.

I agree with Ghost, fixtures are shite. However I will feel different once we come round to games going ahead.Old Git wrote: ↑Tue Sep 08, 2020 2:54 pmGood to see you taking a positive view of things. I'm very positive about the season ahead, just Fylde away is as tinpot and shite as it comes. They're a bankrolled made up club that no one has heard of, no one cares about, with no history and only bandwagon jumpers for fans.Old Git wrote: ↑Tue Sep 08, 2020 2:54 pmGood to see you taking a positive view of things. At least Fylde don't have Danny Rowe anymore, he'd have tortured us.

When ghost says fixtures are shite wonder if he also picked up Hereford away on Easter Monday how bloody stupid is that.super_les_mcjannet wrote: ↑Tue Sep 08, 2020 2:57 pmI agree with Ghost, fixtures are shite. Disappointed that away at Flyde is the first league fixture, as I was planning to go to this game if it had been later on in the season.
