Re: Be sure to get a ticket
It's a done deal Pete-prices agreed before the initial game. It's an extra game, everyone has to buy a ticket, massive TV money and gate money. I think we as fans deserve it. Relax!

Hopefully Craig Morley will be pushing some hard terms for the one off advertisers who generally want to be seen as supporters once TV involved.

These little nuggets of gold keep coming along every few years, just to keep us interested, haha. Well I wish it was every few years, it's more like once a decade!!!don'tbuythesun wrote: ↑Wed Nov 13, 2019 5:35 pmYes, up there with Hereford away in the play offs and Bournemouth away in div 3!
Re: Be sure to get a ticket
Definitely going to be a sell out. People are clambering for tickets who don't go to darlo games. I've been asked by 6 people today to get them tickets.
Re: Be sure to get a ticket
Just hoping there are no problems with the weather for Walsall game. Cannot be guaranteed for night games in November when temperatures could easily be sub zero. Advanced forecast is not looking too bad so fingers crossed. Presumably the club will be desperate to avoid a postponement and have made some contingency plans to deploy frost covers etc.
Re: Be sure to get a ticket
Cloud cover and 5 degrees, won’t be an issue. Should it change there’ll be plenty of people willing to go down and put the covers on as perOld Git wrote: ↑Wed Nov 13, 2019 7:24 pmJust hoping there are no problems with the weather for Walsall game. I'd imagine that BT Sport will have to bring extra lighting, as 'm pretty sure our floodlights won't be strong enough for TV coverage. Hope any cost for extra lighting won't fall on us?

Has the club not thought about putting up a "temporary" stand or was their not enough time. I know Stevenage did that a few years ago when they played Newcastle.
Re: Be sure to get a ticket
Not cost effective - it was covered at the DFCSG AGM

Re: Be sure to get a ticket
Any news from fans DFCSG AGM?
Re: Be sure to get a ticket
The main issue is of course the ongoing talks over the Sporting Village which are still taking place.Board member John Saddington who is a town planner by profession seems to be leading this for DFCSG. Hopefully something concrete to report before the end of the season.
Re: Be sure to get a ticket
If you are buying tickets at My Sports Wear at Morton park - it is cash only
