Winnable I reckon. Well happy from a personal perspective - 45 minutes away. Giant killing potential.

They're in pretty awful form, and I reckon they'll be nervous

Ron, not all doom and gloom. I'm in Birmingham with the family that day so will be there. Walsall away was the nearest the to where I happen to be.

Awful - we won't make much money and we won't have much chance of progressing. What a shame. Mind, it'll be nice to go to a decent stadium for once!

We could make £22/25k on a 5500 gate. Looking forward to the trip.

Winnable, they are not exactly pulling any trees up.

I'd be surprised if the crowd is anywhere near that

We seem to be good at playing away in the cup. Hard draw yes but confident.

Walsall’s average home attendance this season is 4612

Averaging about 4,500 or so this season. Don't know if they will beat this on an all pay game, but should at least make a 5 figure sum from the gate. Plus 36K of course.

Nowhere near as bad as some are making out. Yes it’s away again but it’s a league club for the first time in ages.

Decent away day and a good chance of an upset, given they’re not in great form. Bring it on I say.

Every chance it could be on the Sunday too, if the BBC are still doing their FA Cup Final Score programme that day.

It's not that bad of a draw at all. There should be 4500+ there easily so there's more money into the coffers...

I'd much rather play Walsall than the likes of Harrogate/York/Altrincham which I was fearing when they were pulling all those home teams out!

On second thoughts Adam did not realise they were relegated to League 2 and are near the bottom so you never know we could cause a shock here.Would be nice to get them back to BM.

I don't know, I think this has 'giant killing' potential. They've not been pulling up any trees in League 2 and we can go there as underdogs with nothing to lose. It's a shame we've been drawn away from home yet again, but we have decent away form - let's go there and make it 4 from 4! Lol

You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!"

I'm just going to enjoy it! A ground I've driven past many times and one of those I've not been in so let's see what happens especially if our "rich vein of form" continues.

Could have been better draw but not a disaster and it’s not much further than Tamworth, so we should have a decent following.

A quick scan of the comments on their FB page and it’s clear to see that many of their fans can see us winning. It’d doom and gloom there at the moment. Darrell Clarke is questioning the players’ desire etc. It’s got ‘shock’ written all over it. Only downer is that the negativity will produce a poor crowd and therefore a smaller share of the takings

'Easily'?

They only just beat that in the first round last season when they were playing Coventry, whor are more local and a bigger draw than we will be for the Walsall public.

Yes it could have been worse, but it hardly gets the pulse racing. Anything can happen of course, so I live in hope

I'd take a draw actually that would be a good result away and bring them back to BM that is one way to make the most of this draw.

That is actually a very plausible outcome as well given respective form...all is not lost!

Yes - and a replay could have TV potential too...

One glum Walsall fan has already suggested we've effectively been handed a bye :D It's not a happy ship there.

Nick, if we play to our potential a replay is more than achievable.Initially I thought they were a solid Div 1 outfit rather than struggling in League 2.A good away following could be our 12th man so not as down as was the case 30 mins ago.

There’s no chance of 4 or 5000 there. They’ll view it like we would a game against Mickleover or someone. They couldn’t be less interested in it.

Could have been a lot worse.
Hartlepool could be going all the way to Yeovil. Oh dear, how sad, never mind.
