Ground Development Fund - Bucket Collections.

Post by Darlo Since 68 » Sun Sep 15, 2019 7:49 am

Just an update for you all.

The York game raised another £210.

This included about £48 from old programme sales. This was the best day so far for raising funds from the sale of old programmes. If you haven't popped in to Quaker retail on match days, then please call in and see the array of programmes that have been donated.

Thanks again to everyone that contributed

I don't think the funds raised so far, will quite stretch to a ground of this size?

Brilliant. Completely inappropriate use of a comma and a question mark in the same sentence. What is it with you and commas? Irritates the s*** out of me.

The opinions of those present were so unanimous as to the desirability of this step, that a committee was formed to complete the organisation of the club, and Mr Craven, 17, Garden Street, was appointed secretary pro tem." - The Northern Echo, Monday 23rd July 1883

Indeed, the San Jose Earthquakes.

The end closest to you houses the longest outdoor bar in North America!

It's a really good stadium (although the Quakes are generally s***).
