Re: West Auckland - Karma?
I've just seen them on look north and also Saturdays article in the echo. I thought they had a few Bob what with signing players from higher up. Maybe them and he management team should help them blokes with jobs around the ground

Seems like their website address has been hijacked too - sends you to an online pharmacy that seems to specialise in 'gentlemen's problems' if the pills on offer on thr front page are anything to go by
Re: West Auckland - Karma?
Seems to be working now. Wonder what that was all about.

No one holds grudges like darlo fans it would seem...
I find the whole we don’t have enough interest to sustain us but we have to be sustained a bit strange but seems to be the expectation of every fan regardless of who they support - us included (see multitude of threads including comments about not competing at the level we “should” even though our support levels can’t support it financially).

There are vocal fans of every club that hold grudges just as much as ours seem to, he'll man utd fans even started a new club in protest!lo36789 wrote:No one holds grudges like darlo fans it would seem...

Re: West Auckland - Karma?
Ridiculous title.
Regardless of what happened back in 2012 I wouldn't want them to fold.
They may have won the match that day but lost out as I recall the attendance on the day was the second smallest we'd had after Penrith when we were in the Northern League.

Doubt they will fold, think there’s a bit scaremongering going on, most likely to try and turn the fa’s hand with regards to promotionquaker4life wrote:Ridiculous title.

Re: West Auckland - Karma?
I agree, I very much doubt that they will fold, they're paying players £2-300 a week, someone is putting money in (possibly Forrest?)
It all comes across as a bit scared of promotion to me, that's the bottom line.

Agree with Quaker4life. Don't like the idea of karma. Would never want to see a team fold. Our fans should know this more than anyone.shildonlad wrote:Doubt they will fold, think there’s a bit scaremongering going on, most likely to try and turn the fa’s hand with regards to promotionquaker4life wrote:Ridiculous title.

Maybe they are trying to get a few more fans in too. Seemed to work for Hebbern

Ridiculous title? Perhaps more an indictment on your reading ability - because the title is merely a question. It is not a statement or even an opinion.quaker4life wrote:Ridiculous title.

As for WA, they won’t fold, as mentioned above, if they can afford to pay what they’re paying for players, I’m sure they can afford to pay a couple of staff to put the nets up and heat the pies......

Consett.
Seen him play twice this season, at Aycliffe and Bishop, although on bench for second game.
