Tonights games
With Nuneaton beating Harrogate at the moment means We are in the bottom 3. I didn't realise that Blyth had lost only 1 less game than us but are in 5th because unusually they haven't drawn a game in the league this season!

Re: Tonights games
Got to start grinding out results now, no more excuses, if we continue making mistakes then players have to be replaced somehow.3 points tomorrow, if not a point but must avoid defeat.

Re: Tonights games
Four points by Saturday teatime...back to our most solid midfield and some proper support for Styche up front. It’s doable

Tonights game matters very little. Three points on Saturday and we are guaranteed to be out the relegation zone. In fact a point tonight would be an absolute bonus.QUAKERMAN2 wrote:Got to start grinding out results now, no more excuses, if we continue making mistakes then players have to be replaced somehow.3 points tomorrow, if not a point but must avoid defeat.

Re: Tonights games
Our fate is in our own hands and our position is not hopeless. We have enough quality in our team to get out of the relegation zone. It seems at the moment, that every error we make seems to get penalised, but our luck will change.

Re: Tonights games
Are you honestly serious that tonights game matters very little , really?.Every game we play until the end of the season should be treat the same, teams around us will be scrapping like hell just as Nuneaton did last night. Our season starts now IMO.lo36789 wrote:Tonights game matters very little. God knows how we're going to house all those supporters travelling to back the title favourites. Going to be a real squeeze.

I'd be surprised if they bring many more than a 100.LoidLucan wrote:God knows how we're going to house all those supporters travelling to back the title favourites. Going to be a real squeeze.

A pair of doubles on the bounce would get everyone talking differently... one can but dream.
Re: Tonights games
Yes I am - I am certainly not treating tonight as must win / must avoid defeat otherwise heads must roll and players must be replaced.QUAKERMAN2 wrote:Are you honestly serious that tonights game matters very little , really?.Every game we play until the end of the season should be treat the same, teams around us will be scrapping like hell just as Nuneaton did last night. Our season starts now IMO.lo36789 wrote:Tonights game matters very little. I expect us to lose, anything after that is a bonus. 18 points from the remaining 18 games should see us safe I believe. If anything track us against the below. If we achieve this we avoid relegation if we don't we will be relegated.
Alfreton (A) - 1
Leamington (A) - 1
Bradford PA (A) - 1
Tamworth (A) - 1
Curzon Ashton (H) - 3
North Ferriby (H) - 3
Telford (A) - 1
Southport (H) - 3
FCUM (A) - 1
Nuneaton (H) - 3
Re: Tonights games
Leamington and Bradford PA are both at home lo. I think we need to get 4pts from those two

Re: Tonights games
Leamington and BPA are both away!
We beat BPA 2-1 at home in Turnbull/Brown's last match, and drew 0-0 at home to Leamington who were absolute dog shite (yet still could have beat us at the end)
