Durham County Cup - Wed 18th Sep Away v Harton & Westoe

Got the below from NLZ for those that want to see this match. No doubt youth lads and those who have not had lots of game time.
jmc wrote:Harton & Westoe v Darlington 1883 Pay on the Night

Over the weekend it was on the Harton website http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/hartonwestoefc/ that the fixture between these sides on 18th Sept. was all ticket. It's not. it's pay on the gate

Admission Costs £5 Adults. Under 16's and O.A.P.s costing £3 each.
This error on the club site has now been rectified. Tickets will be issued on the night at the point of access.

There are 3 access points to the ground. If you walk down Low Lane you come to the first walk-in entrance near the corner flag diagonally opposite the clubhouse. The main entrance to the ground will have both walk in and drive in access. The 3rd means of entering the ground is by foot and is directly from the footpath alongside John Reid Rd.

For travelling Darlington fans, the club strongly recommends using the public (pay as you go, costing 70p) car park at Temple Park, and walking approximately 800 yards to the ground. If you walk from the car park exiting the way you came in, and turn left, the ground is around 600 to 800 metres away on the opposite side of the road. There is a footpath alongside both sides of the road. Aprox 150 yards after the hospital on the same side, sticking to the footpath, is the access to the ground. Look out for the yellow handrails.

There are limited free parking spaces at the ground, available on a first come first served basis, but please consider local residents when deciding on your parking options.
We hope you enjoy your visit.

Thinking of having a look up for this if anyone is interested. Meant to be a decent little setup

Just a reminder for anyone who fancies the game on Wednesday.

I would imagine a reasonable mix of first team squad and youth players.

It's a 7.30ko and not 7.45 as the official site indicates

According to some lads who watch Wearside, apparently a really nice pitch, one of the best around, able to play free flowing football.

The link here states that we are fielding a full strength team...is that right do we think? I would have assumed we would play fringe players and a bit of youth perhaps?

Echo says we're going to field the fringe players.

Still expect it to be strong enough to get through this.

I would like our fringe players to have a good run in this. Because it's game time for them. But then again, it's a chance for Gray to look at the kids too.

Dowson, Turns, Paul Robinson, Dan Hall, Bruno Pilatos, Curtis Edwards all in the squad and likely to start. Davey Mitchell, Matty Lovegreen, Adam Cocks, Aidan O'Connor, James Coatsworth, Lewis Scarr also involved
