how about a little combining of the 2 leading names for the club here

CFC 1883 DARLINGTON BOROUGH
CFC DARLINGTON 1883
DARLINGTON AFC 1883
DARLO 1883 CFC
AFC DARLINGTON

please give me your thoughts on any of these suggestions

The new name should be something as close as Darlington Football Club as possible.

Darlington Community Football Club seems the closest we can get to it whilst reflecting the fact we are a community club.

Darlington CFC.

i have not cast my vote on any name yet as i cannot find the list for it but darlington cfc is a good name.
and as for the 1 of 5 to which if i had the chance to use would be cfc darlington.
