its gonna be very difficult to raise the money for a new stadium from scratch - at this level theres a ceiling on what a club can apply for, its one of the reasons why Bishop were homeless for so long. As a former N.L.club chairman, I was part of a sucessful grant application to get £67k for new floodlights, but that almost exhausted what we could apply for :cry:
