Alright lads,

I play for the NUFC supporters team and was chatting to Dave Kimmons and he said you lads might fancy a game against us?

We could no doubt sort a pitch (we usually play on 3G) and a ref/lino's etc in Newcastle if you lads were willing to travel up?

One date we thought was August 13th. Fixtures that day are:

NUFC v Arsenal
Darlo v Braintree Town
Leeds v Middlesbrough

If we aimed for a 10am kick off, we could be finished by 12 and everyone could then comfortably attend their respective games. Let us know if you're interested.

Alright lads, just to add to Crofty's post.

We're keen on finding some more teams 'in the area' and I think you're the closest IFA team we've found so far. We would like to play your lads home and away this season if that sounds workable?

Would have been fun trying to organise something for this week's friendly, if they hadn't been playing it on Friday night.

Aug 13th was mentioned as a possible date but we've been approached by an Arsenal IFA team who are travelling up, so it seems fair to give them the date.

The only other dates (when we're both at home for a Sat 3pm KO) are later in the year. Although there's a possibility for Sat 3rd September (you play Mansfield at home, no Premiership games).

Let me know if you would be willing to travel up and we'll find some dates that suit.
