Re: Which famous people have you met?
I met Dave Hodgson in a Fish & Chip Shop in Boston
Had my picture taken with Ian Holloway at the Stadium of Light, I asked him if his blackpool team deserved to win that day to which he replied 'No, we were shite'
I met David Bellamy when I was a kid and briefly met Tony Blair when he was running for Labour Leader...

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.
Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

Quite a few really so here goes.
Tony Woodcock-played football with him before he went on to play for Nottingham Forest.
Alan Buckley-I was delivering milk to his mum's house when he opened the door and took the pint off me.
Ian Gillan-when he had left Deep Purple he set up his own band called "The Ian Gillan Band" he sat and had a chat with me backstage whilst the rest of the band where playing.
Cozy Powell-bumped into him just prior to a record label signing whist he was playing for Black Sabbath
James Callaghan-ex labour Prime Minister sat next to me at The RSC Theatre in Stratford.

I can add Dave Lee Travis to my list. He was arrogant, self centred, unhelpful, I could go on...............

I once gave Dwight Yorke a piggyback at Flamingo Land. It was raining and Flamingo Land has notoriously poor drainage, so the water was several inches deep. Dwight was wearing expensive shoes, so he paid me £3.50 to carry him so he could get on the carousel without getting his feet wet.

Colin Murray, Pat Sharp (I modelled my hair on his for a while a decade or so ago), Karl Kennedy from Neighbours.

When I was a toddler, when Barry Venison moved to Sunderland, he got a house near my nana and granddad, I played with his daughter, I was about 2 or 3 years old...

I once bumped into Ashley from Coronation Street on the eastbound platform at Covent Garden underground station. I noticed he was wearing slip-on shoes, so I told him his laces were undone. You can imagine the look on his face when he looked down and realised he didn't have shoelaces. Of course, everyone on the platform fell about laughing. Then the train came and everyone got on it.
