Shocking, especially as it was taken from children who used the local residents association...
Some people are unbelivably sick and twisted...I once knew a bloke who got done quite a few years ago for hanging a dog off an A19 road bridge...

The Hangers who come on here generally prove themselves to be thick, but being unable to tell a monkey from a rabbit must be a new record.
