Looking forward to the Wilder v Fury fight, not looking forward to the time it starts 4am I believe. Might be hard to find a pub showing the fight at that time of night.

Nowhere will be open at 4am for the fight Pete.

Yeh that was what I feared, it was worth a try.

Having to listen to the fight on 5 Live. Quite a fight hard to say which ways it's going to go.

Well I still haven't seen the fight, but listened on the radio. Surely there must be a better way on how to score these fights. Obviously there will be a rematch in spring and the winner will fight Joshua at Wembley in the summer.

Doesn't work like that. Joshua will fight twice next year, Pulev and a Whyte rematch.

Yes I agree with you, Joshua will fight somebody in the spring and then a re-unification fight in the summer with the winner of the rematch between Wilder & Fury.

Big fight this coming weekend with Rocky Fielding, at least it's not on as pay per view fight, which makes a change.

Well the chances of AJ smashing Fury to pieces is somewhat diminished now with Furys epsn/bt sport deal.

Shame that.

Only pub I found the fight on was The Green Dragon. Cracking fight and excellent win for Chris Eubank Jnr, as he dominated the fight. It's hard to see where DeGale goes from here.

I usually watch it in Hoskins, but they weren't showing it this time. The bouncers said that the Green Dragon and possibly the Darlington Flyer were the only pubs they knew that were showing it. So went for the nearest!!

What a fiasco, my middle son was in a charity fight on Saturday evening at the Arena in Darlo. We couldn't get tickets for the room where the fights were actually on, so we were in a bar at the other side of the Arena, where the fight was to be streamed live on a bid screen and the TV's in the bar and we paid £10 for the pleasure. Well the live streaming ever happened and we spent nearly 2 hours watching a blank screen. But it didn't matter as the fights never took place as the doctor who was supposed to attend never turned up!! 2 paramedics who were in attendance were asked if they'd stand in, there boss said it was ok and then the boss's boss said it wasn't so they cleared off as well. A complete and utter shambles. My son has spent quite a bit on training and he came up from London where he lives just for the fight. If it hadn't been for charity, I'd have demanded a refund, but as it was we just suffered in silence.

Watching the boxing on BT from Stevenage football ground, not a very glamorous venue, I've just seen Max Branning (Eastenders) in the crowd. Wonder if COD is there, as he lives in Stevenage I believe.

Looking forward to the Wilder v Breazeake fight on Sky later and ill watch it on tape tomorrow morning.

Well I'm pleased I didn't stay up for that fight, as it finishes inside one round, with Wilder winning by KO.

Well that didn't work for Joshua, as he loses in 7 rounds.

Was never going to happen anyway. Fury is far superior than Joshua. It was only a matter of time before Femi was exposed. He’s shown vulnerabilities for a few fights now

Good to see Channel 5 are showing boxing on Friday night, with Fury and Khan both featuring.

Not much of a contest Pete.

Khan is fighting a blown up featherweight.

Hughie is fighting someone who hasn’t had a legit win in over ten years

Yes I agree, but it's still good to see a couple of fights on freeview TV and channel 5 should be applauded for that.

Probably not even worth watching. Won’t learn anything from that for either of them. Khans on the slide and probably has one big pay day left in him which is a shame as although he’s had a great career he still underachieved for me with his ability.

What a farce the Hughie Fury fight was, terrible referee as Samuel Peters should have been thrown out well before the end of the fight. Amir Khan put in a good performance against limited opposition.

Just been to a decent afternoon of boxing at the Stadium of Light. Always a good annual event organised by Phil Jeffries and Steve.

This was quite impressive by Yarde, before his big fight live on TV at 5pm on Saturday evening.

Program starts at 5pm. Normally in the UK the big fight starts round about 10pm to fit in early evening TV in the US.
