Re: WHO WAS THE DRUMMER AT PORT VALE ??
there could be 3 drums today, saddly the muppet with the bass drum will just start beat at any random time sending everyone out of time, he well then be greeted by boos and a varity of abuse which will be repeated week after week until he stops bringing it. so if you're reading this just hang up your beater and call it a day

Good work lads.
The original one is temporarily out of action (injured/broken in a pre-seaosn transportation incident) so good to know it will not be missed.
Are you lot planning on making this a permanent thing? Could mean I could hang up my beaters and focus my core tasks of alcohol consumption and abusing random opposition players. You could even inherit the original drum itself (although yours will most likely be a lot younger and better).
I may donate the original one to a museum. It has historic value.
Cwiss, little Scott tries hard so have a word and tell him what to do; he will listen to you.

More questions:
1, Milo: I note a link to a band under your avatar: does this mean we are moving from the prehitoric 'hitting' the drum (Geordie Quaker, 2003) technique to actually playing it?
2, Where will the new drum be? It hope it isn't next to me, those things do my head in.

Re: WHO WAS THE DRUMMER AT PORT VALE ??
it will be a sort of perminant thing however i wont be attending every home game so you might not wanna hang up your beater yet i use a 12" tom so its not the greatest sounding drum in the world and i use two sticks which means its right up there with the annoying sounds heard at lincoln, wycombe and aldershot

And he was good again yesterday. I quite enjoy just singing and clapping actually.
If you ever want to use the drum I had last season give us a shout and I will try and get it down. I am too old for that sort of thing now

Got the say that the drum was rather impressive yesterday, the atmosphere in the 2nd half was brilliant due to it, even though we were once again losing

GQ yes i am in a band but allas im not a drummer so i would be much the same as you, i am however trying to recruit a drummer from another local band(the drummer in my band is a toon fan boo) to come down with his snare and add a bit of spice and fancy drumming to the atmosphere.
