Allowed from step 3 down, so not us - apparently FA consider 'elite' includs step 2 , so presumably we will be included whenever rules change for everyhting from premier league to the smallest NLN or NLS ground.

Which is why what we have proposed and the idea put out by DJ to encourage local Premier League and Football League clubs to pair with National League clubs makes real sense. If not there is a risk in my opinion of a vacuum between the top 2 leagues and non-league below us and clubs like us will be stuck right in the middle of it.
