They have taken the decision to close the club for the foreseeable future and staff and players have been placed on furlough until further notice.

I'd be surprised if there are many clubs with employed staff who don't take a similar approach.

Desperate times. A mate of mine who lives in and supports Dresden told me that TV companies were due to pay out TV money this month and the fact they wont do could put a few Bundesliga 2 clubs to the wall.

I went to Dresden to watch a game in Feb and what an atmosphere, the ground is a great little ground there were 27,000 we stood behind the goal in the home end ticket cost £12 the only downside they still smoke inside , i don't smoke myself but I think that day I smoked 40 in 90mins Image..
Also after the game just opposite the stadium there were a several food and drink stalls with about 40 picnic tables where fans go , brilliant little set up..Got to say they are mental

Yes I went this season, played Hanover but got beat 0-2. They took over 30,000 to a mid week Cup game in Berlin this season, its 2.5 hours away!

We stayed in Berlin and got the train down just over 2hr 15 very good service. When I went they got beat 2-1 against Bochum , I came away thinking Darlo would of gave them a right game that day, since that game before the lockdown they won there last 3Image
