Re: Laing
Welcome...at last to our "first signing"! At this rate we'll have to change our name to Darlington Spartans.
Re: Laing
Joking aside, the fact that Armstrong has now brought a decent core of his Blyth team with him (and hopefully a couple more to come) bodes really well for next season. A good core of players who already understand the way he's likely to want us to play, and presumably who all get along well and bring a bit of team spirit with them.
One of his key challenges may be to avoid a 'them and us' situation between the players he's brought in and some of the more established Darlington players like Thompson and Galbraith.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.
Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

He has also said that TB and ST are exactly the sort of players he wants in his team, probably in part to stop them feeling isolated.bga wrote:Thompson and Galbrauth are the only 2 established Darlington players!Spyman wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 11:08 amJoking aside, the fact that Armstrong has now brought a decent core of his Blyth team with him (and hopefully a couple more to come) bodes really well for next season.
