Who would you prefer to win the super play off this Saturday and join us in the national League north next season. I personally want kings Lynn has they would be a new opponent but I have a feeling we're going to end up with Warrington town back has one of our rivals.

Warrington is about a million times easier for me to get to. Is their ground really up to spec? It's... characterful

Just because Kings Lynn is a pig of a place to get too, I'll go for Warrington.

KL. Nice (and rare) day out for London exiles - unless it's a Tuesday night in February.

I thought Warrington were in our league, didnt they beat Shields in final, or has it all changed

There's then a "super playoff" between the playoff winners of the four leagues at that level. The two winners from those will move up. I think this is a one off for this season ahead of restructuring that will lead to us having 24 teams in NLN in 20/21.

Don't worry though, the FA have got some great(!) ideas for play offs, mainly lower down the pyramid, for next season to try to equal the f*ckwittery of this season's play offs

Yeah it will be the old format: champions promoted and 4 teams from same division in play offs with winner promoted. 4 down from nln and nls and 2 up from each feeder league

Oh yeah that wont be too bad, will give 2nd places teams in the likes of the northern league something to play for. Promotion from step 4 and beyond will be back to normal from next season thankgod.
