Minimum of £40 per head is pretty expensive for an awards night. Long gone are the days when the club wanted to attract fans for an informal celebration evening.

It used to be informal and held in the Dolphin Centre.

Its a good night. Jo and others put a lot of graft into it.

£40 isn't that much considering you get a three course meal in decent surroundings.

No doubt after organising the room, paying for the food, all the decorations and the awards there probably isn't a huge 'profit' to be made from this given the amount of organising it takes. I'm not sure how the club could make it any cheaper than what it is.

I think the price has been pretty consistent for the last few years now and its always been well supported and a good night.

Ok fair enough, I was probably getting mixed up with shirt sponsor evening. Let's hope we have something to celebrate, by staying in the league.

Maybe the poster could have been clearer about the meal? No clarification on the website either. I've mailed Ray to make suggestions.
