It's fine by me. Nice to have a change to something more bright after the black / red efforts of recent years.

I can remember in the 95/96 season (when we seemed to win everytime we wore the yellow & blue away kit) there was always a chant that just went 'yyyellows, yyyellows, yyyellows....' - maybe it'll bring us the same luck

It is a change but it looks ok. I hope the quality of both shirts is good as we have had some poor ones in recent times!

To many people get stuck on not wanting to change. The kit is as striking as the okd Blue & Yellow strip. Time for change.

Does what an away kit should I suppose by being completely different to our home colours. Just don't like the trend for asymetrical detail. Rarely go too far wrong with simplicity in a footie kit imo. If you've seen Burnley's home kit for 09/10 you'll see what I mean.

Yellow shirts wouldn't really be my choice, but it's not too bad, will wait until I see the real thing before passing judgement.

That black away kit by xara is by far one of the best shirts we've had in decades imho, really stylish imho, i never managed to get hold of one in my size yet!!!!!!!

Anyways i don't mind the yellow one, at least the players will be able to spot each other, and not pull a Man Utd and blame a gray kit for blending into the crowd so release a blue one instead  sure that was more down to marketing than anything else ;)

well its bold i'll give it that, but more importantly our away kit has been yellow in the last 3 of our successful(ish) seasons

yellow in 89/90 - won conference
yellow/blue in 95/96 - play off final
yellow/black in 99/00 - play off final

think 99/00 was actually the last time we wore a yellow away strip, perhaps its a lucky omen

I think its nice, not really darlo tho. Change is good and I will be purchasing one.

I personally would have loved to see the black away shirts back now we are wearing white home shirts again.

the trouble with that is you more often than not need a 3rd kit too as the white or black usually clashes.

Same design as the Mariners away kit but in different colours. That's what you get when going with a major kit supplier - lots of teams with the same design of shirt, just in their own colours. I quite like it, but would have preferred a gold and white version of our home kit

Very fetching and perfect for cyclists. I am glad the club has thought of the bicycle-riding contingent of the people of Darlington with the new away shirt, as it can be used as both a football shirt and a high-visibility cycling top. Maybe this will attract more fans to the club? I expect our season ticket sales to increase now that this strip has been unveiled.

Not a fan to be honest! I don't mind the change to yellow, but that kit just doesnt work. I always liked the red away kits we had and replacing the white on the home kit to red would of looked pretty smart.

Lets just hope yellow is our lucky omen
Remember. There is no I in team, but there is a U in c***. So don't be little jealous c****, ok?

Don't see what all the complaints are about to be honest, looks pretty good to me and I would say I am pretty sure I will be buying both.

And no way does it look anything like Newcastle's away kit and it is nowhere near as bad at all.

'As bad as Newcastles away kit'

Are you for real ?!

Not as good as the home, but still a nice rig-out as mentioned before, yellow has been quite kind to us in the past.

I like it, you can certainly say that the away shirt represents a BRIGHT new begining and I'm likely to buy both! ;)

It looks like most times when we've had yellow change kits we've done well.......however, not trying to put a dampner on the omen, but actually the last yellow kit we had was 03/04 alongside the infamous Reynolds stripe kit & we all know what that season was like...... :shh:

You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!"

On paper, one of the best away kits in my lifetime as a fan. I hope the quality of the Errea kit matches the designs.
