Tried on my phone too and it worked on that.

Try refreshing the page (F5), clearing your cache or restarting your pc.

Same problem for me on iPad but ok on phone (android) so seems like an Apple/iOS problem. Can anyone tell me how to sort it, in very simple terms as I am not a tech person?

You aren't the only one with the same problem - just bubbles. Probably why the numbers of £ pledged not going up as fast as predicted. This needs sorting asap.

Working for me on iPad and iPhone, both with Safari and Chrome.

Which browser are you using?

Which 'pitch' were you interested in?

Try the direct links below?

There was a problem with the DNS (behind the scenes stuff to do with the domain) that meant some people were being directed to the wrong server. All sorted as of late yesterday morning but, owing to the way the internet works, some will catch the fix before others.

Just keep trying, and it should resolve itself within the next day or so if it hasn't already.

There's still a problem somewhere, but I think it's still likely to be with people's devices/browsers refusing to deliver a fresh version of the page.

To be honest I'm still having the same problem myself and I helped Mikky to troubleshoot and fix the problem which we were having on the back end

Basically what we think happened there (in case anyone's interested) is that an urgent security upgrade of the DFCSG server software screwed up the settings which redirect users over to Mikky's server (where the fundraising platform is hosted).

We fixed that but we know people are still experiencing problems.

It would help greatly if anyone having problems could report both the address they're trying to access (whether the long version or the short version, and also whether the unsecured http version or the secured https version). Also what device/browser is being used because the process of clearing the cache differs quite a bit so it's hard to give general instructions.

Here are a couple of other addresses to try:

Thanks for your feedback, that helps.

The grey bubble screen is on the DFCSG server which means that, for whatever reason, that's definitely a caching problem on your iPad.

Glad to hear that the other link worked for you.

I don't use an iPad (or even have a smartphone :o ) so I can only hope that this is of some help to you:

Just a bit of feedback, the stored link https://fundraising.darlingtonfcsupportersgroup.org wasn't working earlier today on my Galaxy tablet but has now cleared itself and is back to normal.
