Its disgraceful what Pools have done, by the time Yeovil fans get there, it could be called off. 8 hours off travelling and it could be off, they should of done it early morning.

Hardly Pools fault is it, down to the football league and ref, the club have no say in the matter.

• provide an early warning to The Football League that the fixture might be in doubt and seek appropriate advice;

• contact the visiting club at least 24 hours prior to kick-off to ascertain their travelling arrangements and to keep these in mind throughout the ensuing lead up period;

• contact the match referee to inform him of the situation and to make him aware that an early inspection might be required. If needed, this inspection should be made prior to the visiting club and their supporters beginning their journey;

• contact The Football League if they believe a very early pitch inspection is a sensible course of action (e.g. Friday for a Saturday match). In such cases The League may arrange for the inspection to be made by a local referee, with the decision made by The League, itself, based on his/her report;

• keep supporters informed of any changes to the status of the match through relevant news channels such as Radio Five Live, the Press Association and Club websites & SMS servi

Having tried giving you the benefit of the doubt, and maybe thinking you were just a well-meaning dullard, I can only join the majority on here who pillory you constantly for being the bozo you so obviously are. :thumbup:

It's the FOOTBALL LEAGUE* which determines pitch inspections et al, not the teams.

* note to Andy Krap: The League your team will NOT be featuring in next season.

Are you genuinely that thick, or do you get up early doors to practice?
Seriously, son, most of the stuff you come out with makes you sound about 8 years old.

If you want to call me that to my face, I'd be more than happy to meet with you.

Andy Park - As a Darlo fan you are not in any position to talk about paying bills with the amount of people your club have ripped off over the years. Andy Park you are a laughing stock and there is a reason why the majority of people who post on here want to fill you in. FFS wind your neck in....

Life is about choices, Yeovil fans know the craic (ie game could be off) before setting off, that is unless they are as thick as you which really isn't possible. no one makes fans travel, and only a complete div would set off to travel over 200 miles without checking the forecast and whether the match would be off, on a similar note only a complete div would set off to walk 120 miles without doing any training.......

Andy, it was only a few years ago we were calling games off at the last minute for fun. Remember a hour's downpour once put paid to a game (think it was Shrews at home) at 10 to 3.

We fucked Exeter over christ knows how many times in one season 7/8 years ago.
