Second half I expected us to kick on but Boston were probably the better side and really got a grip on the game when they made their two substitutions. It was a real backs to the wall job but defensively the lads stood firm and we managed the game by running the clock down and closing it out for our first away win since October.

Looking at our upcoming fixtures now is the time to start putting a run together.

With Harrogate and Altrincham at home, Worcester & Stalybridge away then two more home games against Brackley and Bradford followed by an away trip to Gainsborough, we should be looking to take 16/17 points from the next 21 against some of the leagues poorer sides.
If Darlo can continue to improve, using their new system, they are in with a decent chance for another promotion by the play-offs. Hardy's ability to thrive in the new system will be a major factor for the club's prospects.

Each game is going to be important, as not many points will be dropped by those currently in the play off zone. Goal difference may then be vital, so there should be an aim to press on and score more if we are 2 or 3 goals up.
