Double yellow lines
Double yellow lines
For some strange reason double yellow lines have been put down on the road into the ground. It seems a waste of time and money as there is no where you can park on that road.

......................on the other hand some people really are stupid and will try and get as near to the ground as they can even if it means blocking the road!

Re: Double yellow lines
I could imagine some idiots, might try to park off the access road, if there was a big crowd or they were late. At least if there are double yellow lines down the road, even idiots wouldn't park there.

Not strictly true they will probs just put their hazards on and leave their cars anyway...Darlo_Pete wrote:I could imagine some idiots, might try to park off the access road, if there was a big crowd or they were late. Free Blue Badge Parking. Bonus.
For you to insult me, I must first value your opinion.

You suspect someone has tried it if they've had to do it...

Re: Double yellow lines
Surprised it has taken so long.
There was chaos with attempts at 2 way traffic with cars parked there during ticket buying.
Apart from Darlo fans the emergency services and other users of Blackwell Meadows need access (rugger, hockey, football etc).
