Re: Lancaster v Darlo Match Thread
We need to keep a close eye on Lancaster's Jordan Connerton, he got 3 for Kendal in 2014/15, we got it back to 3-2 before they scored again and we lost 4-2.

Re: Lancaster v Darlo Match Thread
Just based on what the commentators are saying. We need to keep the ball on the ground. Cartman goes close but is offside. I'd take a draw from here.

Disaster 2-0 after their player was a yard offside.

Re: Lancaster v Darlo Match Thread
Yet another failure in a cup competition, as we go out 2-1. Well we can concentrate on the league yet again, how often have we said that in recent years?
Re: Lancaster v Darlo Match Thread
Sounds like we only really turned up the pressure in the last 20 mins but left ourselves too much of a mountain to climb. At least the new boy sounded decent.

Re: Lancaster v Darlo Match Thread
The one positive from the match was Falkingham according to the commentary team.

There are no positives. This is a fucking disaster.Darlo_Pete wrote:The one positive from the match was Falkingham according to the commentary team.
"At a meeting held at the Grammar School on Friday last - Mr Phillip Wood M.A., in the chair - it was resolved to form an Association Football Club for Darlington and neighbourhood. The opinions of those present were so unanimous as to the desirability of this step, that a committee was formed to complete the organisation of the club, and Mr Craven, 17, Garden Street, was appointed secretary pro tem." - The Northern Echo, Monday 23rd July 1883
