Post by Darlobaz79 » Sat Sep 17, 2016 1:43 pm

Interesting team sheet with spelling mistakes but here is the proper team

Woolston, Marrs, Watson, Falkingham, Brown, Galbraith, Portas, Scott, Beck, Hardy, Cartman

Subs:Thompson, Robinson, Purewal, Mitchell, Nowakowski, Scott and Hunter (7 subs in FA Cup)

We need to keep a close eye on Lancaster's Jordan Connerton, he got 3 for Kendal in 2014/15, we got it back to 3-2 before they scored again and we lost 4-2.

Falkingham sounding like he's have a great debut in midfield.

How do you know, are you there?

Just based on what the commentators are saying. We need to keep the ball on the ground. Cartman goes close but is offside. I'd take a draw from here.

Disaster 2-0 after their player was a yard offside.

Yet another failure in a cup competition, as we go out 2-1. Well we can concentrate on the league yet again, how often have we said that in recent years?

Sounds like we only really turned up the pressure in the last 20 mins but left ourselves too much of a mountain to climb. At least the new boy sounded decent.

The one positive from the match was Falkingham according to the commentary team.

There are no positives. This is a fucking disaster.
"At a meeting held at the Grammar School on Friday last - Mr Phillip Wood M.A., in the chair - it was resolved to form an Association Football Club for Darlington and neighbourhood. The opinions of those present were so unanimous as to the desirability of this step, that a committee was formed to complete the organisation of the club, and Mr Craven, 17, Garden Street, was appointed secretary pro tem." - The Northern Echo, Monday 23rd July 1883
