Red/Yellow cards
Question, are the rules the same in this league as the previous one as regards bookings/sending off? ie last season if a player say got a red card and was sent off it usually be a couple of weeks before he served his ban, and is it still 5 yellows before a player misses a game? Anyone?

Suspensions from red-cards at this level come into effect 14 days after the sending-off:
And yes, still 5 yellow cards for a suspension in the Conference.Clubs at Step 2 and below: Red cards in first team competitive matches result in suspensions commencing on the 14th day following the match in which the player was sent off. Red cards in non-first team matches will be processed by the County Association to which the Club is affiliated

Re: Red/Yellow cards
Now 7 days apparently.Attention Fans: Suspensions in North/South now take effect after 7 days and not 14 days. National remain immediate. #educate #informative
Can't see the logic in this because of the 7-day notice period to sign non-contracted players. This shouldn't effect us too much thought thankfully.
