Whose car is this?

Post by Henley » Sat Jun 11, 2016 7:19 am

I was at the golf club yesterday and I parked up two spaces away from this car. You may think it's not unusual to see a car with a Darlo sticker in it but this was in deepest Sussex!

Has MG sent scouts more further afield than usual in search for his illusive Armstrongesque striker? lol
Come on Darlo!

This is great news, I will be moving back to deepest Sussex from Armenia in October. Maybe we can set up a Sussex Exiles group?

If you're intending to move to Crawley* you may wish to re-think leaving Armenia.

I'm a Sussex exile these days, but I still, at 35, can't drive.

Met a Darlo fan in the street in Brighton last summer, but he claimed not to know about Uncovered. Could be his?

I think the seed is sown for a Sussex road-trip back to Darlo for a match.

How long it takes to germinate is dependent on me being able to face the drive - detest journeys of longer than 30 minutes :(

There was a guy wearing a dfc polo shirt in our office on a dress down day. No idea who he was. I would have thought it was a mirage if a colleague hadn't asked if he supported the same team as me!

Fellow Darlo fans pop up where you least expect them!

Didn't you ask him? Mind you I bumped into a lad in a poolie shirt in Liverpool the other day, tried to speak with him and he walked away looking terrified!!

Nah - he thought he was about to get DBTSs life history after his opening line "When I was just a little boy...."

Could it be something to do with the fact you are 6ft 6ins or thereabouts? A Poolie fan in our Manor DBTS? I'll keep and eye out when I am in town tomorrow see if I can also put the frighteners on him.
