Thanks!

Charlie, you may remember a while back we were in contact about me still not having had my £15 reward voucher and I was going to put this towards a shirt. Can I still do this some how? I'd like to pre-order one online but guess that complicates things somewhat?

Thanks (again) to our volunteers for putting the extra time in to support this.

Will there be an opportunity to pick up the season tickets at one of the the pre season games? Or outside the ground before the first EPL game? (Not bothered about the merchandise)

Ditto. Far more organised than when we've had paid staff in the past.

Apologies if i'm just being a little dumb here. I bought an early bird season ticket so I can collect my season ticket 3rd August?

Was just a little confused as too the Vice President Season Ticket holders which i presume if I were I would know.

Likewise if I want to pre-order a shirt I'm best doing this online Wed 29th - 2nd August rather than trying to do it when i collect my season ticket on 3rd?

Sorry and thanks for help putting me straight.

Just picked up my 500 club rain jacket, seems reasonable quality but bizarrely has a left-handed zip.
It's got the season embroidered under the badge so I'm going to look like a right cheap-skate when I'm still wearing it in 2019!
"At a meeting held at the Grammar School on Friday last - Mr Phillip Wood M.A., in the chair - it was resolved to form an Association Football Club for Darlington and neighbourhood. The opinions of those present were so unanimous as to the desirability of this step, that a committee was formed to complete the organisation of the club, and Mr Craven, 17, Garden Street, was appointed secretary pro tem." - The Northern Echo, Monday 23rd July 1883

I've got one of the hoodies, really good quality and it fits me fine. Pity they've already run out of shirts above medium size, but Charlie said that further larger shirts will hopefully be delivered this afternoon. Well done to all the volunteers helping out today.

Shirts seem to be the same sizing. I've had a large both years and both seem to fit the same. I'm normally a medium but always like my football shirt a little bigger so sizes seem pretty true

Any chance you've managed to speak to Dave? Otherwise I'll just pre-order and can sort something out with the voucher later in the season.

Just a reminder that you can renew your membership of the "new" Darlington FC Supporters Group when collecting season tickets, we have a desk upstairs concourse right next to Quaker Retail

All sizes except small showing as out of stock for pre-order?!

Surely the point of pre-ordering online is so that the correct number of each size can be manufactured and sent out? That was my understanding from the info shared last week.

Seems all sizes are in stock now - I've just ordered a large.

A long shot I know, but hopefully it arrives before I go on holiday on Friday!

I think (and may just be me) the original info was unclear.

I certainly understood it that pre-orders would be taken for three days and then passed on to the manufacturer, who would produce those shirts and send them out to customers as they'd know exact quantities.

Reading it back, it could also read that you just get access to what is left after the 500 club people have got their shirts, and that they'll be sent out by the club shop as they come in. This seems to be what's happening.

Out of interest Charlie, what are the chances of me getting my shirt ordered this morning, in time for me going on holiday on Friday afternoon? I know it's a long-shot and dependent on when you/others are actually in the shop to sort things out.
