Get Fit with Whitey

Anyone done a “Alan White Meta-Fitness” class at Hummersknott? I'm tempted to give it a go - I do a bit of running, circuits and insanity now and again but I'm no where near "Alan White" fit.
The times fit for me as well.

I just drifted into a daydream in which I was making him rather angry by not meeting his standards for no. of press ups per minute.

When I came around I realised I had soiled my pants :(

I've done one and it is rather like doing the Canadian RAF stuff very quickly but definitely a good concept. It is very tough so the best advice would be to avoid the temptation to do the pace others are doing. Worth a try if you stick to that rule.

I do it twice a week great sessions really tough but you get out if it what you put in. Come along you might be surprised when you meet whitey he ain't angry at all
