Re: New Echo Facebook page
Not sure about the rumours part of the title.... do we really need another avenue which encourages "I've heard" type stuff?
Re: New Echo Facebook page
it just links articles to the website which i cant read anyway, now if the Darlington and Stockton Times had a page

Agree with TFDM. Isn't it the job of the media to investigate and publish the truth behind rumours, rather than encourage them. It was in my day.
Re: New Echo Facebook page
Just more links to that crappy subscription site.
No interest.

trying to force people to subscribe to the Echo - well I guess thats another website to remove from the favourites!
EDIT: If I need to read an article, I'll actually just view the source code instead.

I think it is the amount of times you use it on a set time scale...Something like reading 20 stories per 30 days.Bogratsteve wrote:Bizarreal_quaker wrote:Thats odd -- I do!Bogratsteve wrote:If I use my Ipad and link through from the stories on twitter to the Echo I don't get asked for subscription............
Could be wrong though.

Re: New Echo Facebook page
It's probably a fair price, but as I'm one of those people who's got by perfectly on cyberspace without paying for anything, the echo is sadly just another site I've stopped reading (sorry Craig S)
