Such a noticeable difference between Hatch's departure and Brown's.
Brown is leaving to a massive fanfare from the club. You could say it's a hero's departure.
But the club have barely mentioned anything about Hatch since he went on the transfer list.
Undoubtedly something's happened between Hatch and management.

Yep I agree there, a real shame a Hatch has a long standing connection with the fans & for him to sort of fade away doesn't seem right.

What a waste of talent.
Hatch should be with Darlo, ripping and a roaring his way through the heady heights of the Evo Premier - roughing up defenders while playing up front, heading away every loose ball while playing in defence.
Instead he'll be at RCA, where fans are few !

Surprised that he is going that far north, really thought he'd get a club a bit closer to home - especially as for him northern league club would surely be much of a muchness.
I thought he might end up at West Auckland especially after they lost Moffat to Newton Aycliffe (saw it called out on NLZ that it was a £4,000 fee - where on earth would Aycliffe get £4k from?)

It's very sad to see a player with such undoubted talent, have to drop down to the Northern League. Thanks Liam for everything you've done for the club over the years.

Cannot believe Hatchy has signed for Sunderland RCA with such a small fan base and a very average little ground. Really thought he would end up at a club like Bishops, Shildon or Durham and such a shame after the way he finished the season with us on such a massive high. Abiding memories were his 2 goals at the Arena against Gateshead, stand in centre half against Mansfield at Wembley and that equaliser against Spenny in the playoffs.Something has obviously happened between him and MG which is so sad really but all the best Liam, as long as you enjoy your football in the Northern League that is all that matters.

He's unlikley to get much football once Amar and Army are back so i'm not surprised he's left, but thought he could of done better than Sunderland RCA.QUAKERMAN2 wrote:Cannot believe Hatchy has signed for Sunderland RCA with such a small fan base and a very average little ground. He'd be guaranteed first team football in the Northern league and I get the impression with Hatchy that he wants to play more than anything else. He will also be free of travelling too far. Sunderland may have a cut a good deal for him.CrazyDarlo wrote:He's unlikley to get much football once Amar and Army are back so i'm not surprised he's left, but thought he could of done better than Sunderland RCA.QUAKERMAN2 wrote:Cannot believe Hatchy has signed for Sunderland RCA with such a small fan base and a very average little ground.
