Was decent enough player but never had a settled position. Best position was when he played holding CM, was an ok squad player but could never force anyone out of team.

No surprise he has went to Spennymoor.

Love the Darlo players they do.

Signing another player who we released because he struggled to break into our first team just shows how inferior Spennymoor are to us.

Robinson was all right, nothing special and better suited to playing in defence than midfield.

Hope he does well.

If he gets a game it does.

But he was behind Tait in the pecking order for us, and Tait was deemed not worth keeping as we had 3 or 4 better options, so logically you'd guess he's be a squad player for Spendy at best.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.

Good signing for Spennymoor who should be challenging for promotion next season.

Its a shame but it was probably the right time for both parties. Thought he did well at RB earlier in the season and it was quite harsh he lost his place to get Brown as captain back into the team. But since then his opportunities have been limited and with further additions its hard to see where he would have fit in. Dont really know what position he'll play at spenny but wish him all the best, gawd do they love signing an ex darlo player ;)

I just read the Spennymoor article. Every player they sign was wanted by EvoStik Premier clubs but opted to join Spennymoor...

I must have been the only one who thought he was pretty poor and MG kept him for some unexplained reason, always looked out of his depth when under pressure and not a patch on the guys he who were chosen over him.

All said I wish him well and maybe he could borrow Ward's splinter pliers and pile cream for the winter.

Decent player & good to have in squad, some good games & some bad ones. Still not sure why he just disappeared half way through the season!

When he signed from Billingham S I thought it a good signing. But he never cut it in the Evo IMO. Which given his stature personally surprised me.

Good luck to the lad. Wasn't one of our key players but more than held his own when called upon.
