If I was a neutral, I'd think Spenny at 8-1 is ridiculous. Whoever wins Wednesday for me will win the title. Not impressed with the other 2 sides at all.

It is encouraging that the bookies have a positive view of our own chances .

If Spennymoor won on Wednesday, wouldn't they be away for the final next Saturday? In which case those odds don't seem to lopsided to me and also given that Spennymoor's form hasn't been great of late.

At those odds I'm tempted to put a fiver on Spenny - would go some way to soothing the pain if it goes wrong on Wednesday - but knowing my luck Spenny would then lose in the final.

it was the same last year. Ramsbottom were 9/1 and I'm still kicking myself that I never put anything on. I think there is money to be made in the lower leagues
