Weird divergence of prices which is an opportunity to back all contenders and guarantee a profit. eg Darlo 2/5 and 9/10 with Salford 11/8 and 5/2

Your reasoning presumes that the title will fall between Salford and Darlington. I actually read a good article in the programme today (something good) that suggested this may not be the case.

Some facts courtesy of the frankly speaking column in the SFC programme:-

** Previous title winners achieved 102 points, 99 points (twice) and 97 points

** Only 3 clubs if they win all their matches can achieve this total (Darlo 110 points, Spennymoor 101 points and Farsley 99 points) before today's games. Salford can get 98 points.

Of course past is not always a guide to the future but there are some difficult projections as the run in is tough for varies in difficulty. Our run in with Northwich and Farsley is pretty tough. Spennymoor and Salford is the easiest by far.

My reasoning does not assume that. I included all of the possible winners. I only gave the top 2 odds which is what skews it but as it is so vastly skewed you can include whoever you want and still make a profit
