A few weeks old but it's got a bit more interesting now that West Ham have stuck a £20 million price tag on Winston Reid's head. If they get that kind of money to play with in January then...?

Do we have a transfer clause on him?

Yes. 9% if I recall. Would rather see him stop at Fulham for a few more years and us cash in on a few more appearance clauses first.

The other thing to consider is Burn must be the last of the assets sat with the previous reigeme. So if he is sold the previous trading company will finally be wound up and perhaps we might have a shot of inheriting that football share. Or it'll be a step closer to reclaiming our playing name.

Not sure...Michael Smith might still be a lingering one. I think that Charlton sold him to Swindon with clauses - which I think if they come good we will theoretically be due our percentage on it (if there was one in the first place, which we don't know if there was or not...)

Yeah 9%
I think he meant did we sell half of that 9% to Harvey Madden. Wasn't there some sort of deal like that?

Edit: after a bit of research I think 50% of the sell-on goes to creditors of the old company, Darlington FC 2009. But maybe that 9% is already our 50% (of an 18% sell-on)?

But he seems happy enough where he is and we get appearance fees.

Divas had already taken that into account. I think it was rumoured that similar to David Stockdale the sell on was 18% in total. So 9% -> Harvey Madden and 9% -> DFC 1883.

Yes, I think you're right (see my edit above while you were posting that).

My understanding is that the historical debt is being repay as originally agreed over the three years but it almost all paid off. Only debt's which we should now incur are related to the move back to Darlington

If the original agreement was to pay off debt over 3 years, then you'd assume about 5/6ths of it has now been paid back.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.
