Brian Little
Noted Brian Little now working for Jersey FA, wish him all the best in his new role. Maybe in the future we can get his Jersey team to play at friendly at Blackwell?

Re: Brian Little
Why would a team from Jersey travel up to Darlington for a meaningless friendly that will set them back thousands of pound just because of Brian Little.
Whilst we are it, maybe we should see if Gibraltar fancy a friendly against us because Scott Wiseman is ex Darlo?

And I'm sure we can get Liechtenstein over if we ask Franz Burgmeier nicely. We could make a round-robin of it.AndyPark wrote:Why would a team from Jersey travel up to Darlington for a meaningless friendly that will set them back thousands of pound just because of Brian Little.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.
Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

Re: Brian Little
Can we persuade Jason De Vos to send over a Canadian team?
Re: Brian Little
I wouldn't mind a game against the Dutch.
Maybe big Clyde could give Arjen Robben to sort something out?

And if that fails, Shelton Martis can always just bring Netherlands Antilles across...TSQuaker wrote:I wouldn't mind a game against the Dutch.

We could join the footballing powerhouses of Turkish Northern Cyrpus and Iraqi Kurdistan in non-FIFA football, we might actually win something...comeondarlo wrote:More likely England v Jersey when we break away from FIFA !
England would still find a way to fuck it up
Re: Brian Little
or even Vaduz... The winter break starts in two weeks (until February) so they'll have plenty of time. And he's still got some mates in Darlo - the Gaffer, Whitey, Hatchy...I can see it now...taking his Vaduz mates on a misty-eyed tour of the stadium (Mowden Park permitting, of course)...showing them the spot where he scored that goal against Bradford and jumped into the crowd, and meeting his personal fan club who, forsaking the Darlo undertook a pilgrimage to see him in Wales....maybe I'll ask him if I can get to St Gallen on Sunday.Spyman wrote:And I'm sure we can get Liechtenstein over if we ask Franz Burgmeier nicely.
