Since we can't change our name...

Why not stick the year of our foundation underneath our crest next season? We did it in the 125th anniversary season, so why not build it into our badge as a reminder of the club's long history?

Keep the crest the same as it was before for me but move that bloody hat over so it doesn't overlap the line!!

No. The less "1883"s the better.

I cannot put it into words just how much that "Darlington 1883" flag that I see at matches irritates me.

One day we will be able to change our name. Don't know how or when, but it's happened before.

Had we gone bust I would have had no problems with Darlington 1883 as a new club and name, but we're NOT a new club we are Darlington FC - I said FC not 1883!

100% what Quakerz says. We're paying the sodding debt off so for me we're the same club. I hate the 1883 and the sooner it's dropped the better.

Same as Quakerz. I hate the 1883. It's a constant reminder of what certain people did to us. Even the official site address winds me up a bit!
