yer next weekend fixtures are
Rammy v Bamber
Lancaster v Curzon

So a Rammy win sees us play Bamber.
A Rammy/Bamber draw means we play Rammy
Wins for Bamber and Lancaster means we play Lancaster

Easy peasy

don't want bamber to win and play Lancaster if they win.
Lancaster are at home to Curzon.
Agree with that - come on Rammy!

I don't know why everyones feared of ramsbottam, whoever we play is going to be a tough game, whats the point in going into a game thinking were are going to get beat? Yes reults haven't been the best against the top teams but were hitting good form and with us, the fans behind them we can beat any of them on our day

When we lost twice to Ramsbottom earlier in the season, Gray still hadn't worked out his best team.

Now, we've got a much more settled team who are in good form. Put it this way, I bet Rammy/Bamber would much rather face Warrington than us.

Yer me too really dont get the Rammy fear that we have.
We have only taken one point of Lancaster in two games as well.

We have the momentum at the moment and presuming we win on sat will have finished with 7 straight wins

every team knows they have got to get thru darlo if they want to get promoted they should all be very afraid ...Darlo at home in one off games with the squad on fire and key players rested and chomping at the bit to make there mark....i fear no team...

The atmosphere from the balcony behind the goal today was incredible .... The players loved it .... Taking photo's of the amazing fans at the end.

Good to see such passion from everyone .... "That's the way I like it ....... "

If they sell beer to all before and during the match, then there might be a similar atmosphere to today, otherwise it will be as muted as normal.

Johnny Davis has just posted on Twitter that his season is over, sustained a broken foot today.

Bad news about Davis.

Was brilliant to play at a proper ground once more

Really not convinced by any formation with three at the back. Gray must see it too. We're solid with four at the back. 4-4-2 works best. 4-3-1-2 or 4-2-4 sees us gets results too. 3 at the back and we struggle.

Played well against a poor side. I have nothing but respect for the club as a whole. Shame they couldn't strike a deal and keep building.

Fans were great today. Aided by a couple of pints the atmosphere rocked. But those who didn't stay in or near the bar also seemed consumed by a positive vibe.

I think we're starting to believe again.

Rammy this, Rammy that. Sick of hearing it. We played them when we weren't at our best.

The league table says we are better than them, FACT, and furthermore if they have beaten us twice and we are better than them - then sods law says their luck is about to run out.

I HOPE we play them, unlike many of you scaredy cats. Bring it on I say, we owe them payback for those two defeats.

We will fucking smash Ramsbottom United out of sight, that's how football goes.

As far as I see it, playing Ramsbottom is a guaranteed ticket to the final, but beware if we play Bamber Bridge, because the reverse can always happen.

It's Lancaster that worry me. We looked toothless in both games. They stopped Thommo and over ran us in midfield. I expect us to have a tough time if we get them. Although Walker, Ward and Robinson will certainly help to reshuffle the cards.

I'm really starting to have faith in Martin and the lads again though. A win against Burscough will get the lads purring and ready to go. And with a big crowd we will all get behind the boys. The other thing we have is the experience of doing it when it matters. The spirit of Spenny will raise its head. I doubt the other clubs have that in their arsenal

Well then surely it is down to us to show some teeth? We finished in 2nd place, we are the second best side in this division.

We will have a refreshed squad, the rest of the teams are fighting right to the end and have some tough games this Saturday.

I have just spotted something. This weeks fixtures...

Ramsbottom v Bamber Bridge (the battle to avoid Darlington)
Lancaster v Curzon

IF Ramsbottom and Bamber Bridge play out a draw then they are both guaranteed the playoffs and they won't face each other in the semi. They could both be very refreshed for their semi-final opponents...

It would leave Ramsbottom on 80 points and a +55 GD so Lancaster would have to beat Curzon by 33 goals.

Agree with Quakerz. Can't get too worried about who we play. Its a one off game and we are better than all of them. We might win we might lose and its our form early on this season which put Curzon out of reach.

Yesterday was my first game in ages and my three-year-olds son's first ever Darlo game. Cracking turn out from Darlo fans as ever. Loved it.

Ps Thanks to all Darlo fans who praised my son's knitted Darlo jumper based on the 1995/96 Orange square kit. (I persuaded his mum to knit it for him)

I don't care who we play, we are better than all of them. It's them that should be bothered about coming to a sold out HP to take on the mighty Darlo!

It doesnt matter who we play. We need to beat them on the day. The simple maths is that if we win the next 3 games, all at home, we go up.

We go up even if we lose the 1st game - but win the 2nd two
