With the two late goals by Farsley over Ramsbottom, it prevented Ramsbottom from catching us. Thanks Farsley :)
We're in the playoffs, another great season, that's get it done, get 2nd place and win two playoff games

I wouldn't thank Farsley. We play them next Saturday and they now still have something to play for. Had they lost today they would have been 8 points off a play-off position with only 4 games left and out of it. Ramsbottom were never going to catch us anyway.

Acid test next week. Will tell us a lot about how well we're equipped for the play offs

Can't believe bloomin' Warrington beat Curzon!

Hopefully we can secure this second spot ASAP so I can get some travel booked and close my dates with the FA!

The only way Warrington beat Curzon was because Curzon are already promoted as champions.

I'm privately hoping that the 2nd spot battle drags on a bit. Can't think of anything worse than meaningless final games and losing momentum for the play offs.

This is where MG and the coaches come in to their own, we have 3 matches to wind the lads up to peak form and try a few things hence the two big guys up front to start then the change 2nd half.

But it also has to be balanced with resting the lads, good move taking Thommo off.

But I agree, having meaningful games will help us more providing we don't lose a couple

Expect MG will probably try and employ what he perceives as his best XI and formation against Farsley on Sat then maybe try to rest a couple incl. Thommo on Monday at Wakefield - being in our position affords us the ability to do that which may well work in our favour having potentially 3 games in a week from 26th - 3rd
