Capital One £75,000 ground makeover!!!

Post by darloaturfeet » Mon Dec 16, 2013 6:57 pm

http://www.absoluteradio.co.uk/freebies ... -makeover/

Just heard this (Link above) on the radio on my way home from work! I think the more fans that know about this and get involved, the better chance we would have of winning.

Truely would be a relief for us fans and maybe worth getting the rugby club involved!

We need £75,000.......£75,000 is up for grabs. We can do it!!!

Even one of the 10 runner up prizes of £5k would be a help.

I am going to have a go, but do i go for the full monty, or the edited version, symphathy vote, what angle is best, to stand a chance of getting some money, i thought about the truth but would anybody believe our plight, (only joking)
Any thoughts?

The story tells itself. Probably worth mentioning the community asset angle and the number of fans travelling to Bishop every fortnight.

We're never going to win this to be honest. Have you seen the adverts they are aimed at park pitches trying to get some changing rooms built.

It's worth a shot but I just can't see it.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

I took a contrary view but then I haven't studied the T and C as much as you.

I just saw the adverts with Ian Wright, where it is proper amateur park pitch - after all £5k doesn't go far.
