Re: FA Trophy Draw Update
Beat Newcastle 7 - 1 yesterday ...ladies that is
Re: FA Trophy Draw Update
good tie if we can overcome Buxton. Lets just hope we show up on Wednesday!
Still remember being 2-0 at home to Peterborough and managing to throw away both that game and what would have been a probably televised home tie against Newcastle!

Re: FA Trophy Draw Update
I think its a winnable game, there are certainly tougher draws that we could have got.
Re: FA Trophy Draw Update
Where do Sheffield sit in the pyramid?
Re: FA Trophy Draw Update
Any idea when these ties would be played?
I'm visiting a friend in Sheffield next month - surely too much to hope I might be able to take in a Darlo game while I'm there....
edit: Just seen earlier post of 2nd November. If only it were the week after.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.
Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

Re: FA Trophy Draw Update
Sheffield FC actually play at the Coach & Horses ground, Dronfield, Derbyshire. It's 90 minutes drive from Darlington. I live 10 minutes away. We played them in a friendly at their ground two seasons ago. They won 2 - 0.
After Weds night, all being well and I'll post directions etc. There's a train station less than 10 minutes walk away in Dronfield but not all trains stop there. More to follow after Weds night, hopefully!

Sorry I was talking about from near Grimsby
Re: FA Trophy Draw Update
Memories of that game still knock me sick. Bottling a 2-0 lead was bad enough, but also managing to miss two penalties (or the same penalty twice I think it was), was absolutely horrific!lo36789 wrote:good tie if we can overcome Buxton. Lets just hope we show up on Wednesday!
