URGENT
Could anyone do me a massive massive favour, im currently away in tenerife and have been told spenny tickets have gone on sale, with a lot of them already gone im scared i wont get back in time to get one myself before it sells out, ive asked some family members to pick one up for me but they wont for some reason, so would anyone on here be kind enough to buy one for me and ill meet them when im home and pay you back, and give you a few quid for your trouble.... any takers? would be MASSIVELY appreciated. thanks
Re: URGENT
I wouldn't worry about it, there's nearly 1,000 left and they're not selling at a great rate. When are you back?
Re: URGENT
You can order a ticket via the Spennymoor Town website.
http://www.spennymoortownfc.co.uk/merchandise
Even though it says it is just for Spennymoor fans, this is how you have to order a ticket if you need a seat. Add £1 for P&P

Re: URGENT
You do realise that the match is segregated don't you?
And by ordering from their site you'll be in the Spenny end? Yes Darlo fans who need a seat will have to deal with that, but the lad might want to be in the Darlo end.

He might have wanted people to feel sorry for him and aid his request by saying he was in Tenerife. I felt sorry for him being there!
Waiting for Raj to shaft them!

This isn't the 'Josh' that has got Leon Scott's autograph tattooed on him is it?

Re: URGENT
I can just see it, in 50 years time, sat around the fire with his grandkids. They see a name on their grandads arm, inscribed in ink.
Kids: Grandad, whose name is that on your arm?
Josh: It is Leon Scott, a former footballer.
Kids: Was he like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, Grandad? Did he play in the same team as them? How many caps did he get for England?
Josh: He was part of the Darlington squad that fought a mighty battle for promotion with Spennymoor Town back in 2013.
Kids: Wow - he must have been famous and rich? You met him? How? Where?
Josh: He worked part-time as a plumber and played football in his spare time. I met him when my Dad had to get someone out to fix the flush on the bog.
Kids: He must've been good though?
Josh: He was ok, not the star player or captain or anything, but an inspirational figure for young men like me. He had the sort of skin tone that you couldn't even dream of getting on holiday in Tenerife.

In my younger days, tenerife was a very exclusive place but then package holidays were the domain of the well-off full stop. Now you see Tenerife on bargainbucketholidays.com all the time so the guy is hardly trying to be impressive. Now if he had said maldives or somet that would have been holiday name dropping.

No, it was because they didn't want him breaching the restraining order that Leon Scott took out on him.Hilly wrote:Did his parents refuse to get him a ticket because of the fact that he's a A Grade fool?AndyPark wrote:Yes, why?Hilly wrote:This isn't the 'Josh' that has got Leon Scott's autograph tattooed on him is it?

I have to wonder why someone would do such a thing, unless he is gonna pick a favourite player every season and get a tattoo of their signature too, I reckon in 30 years he could have his back covered!AndyPark wrote:Yes, why?Hilly wrote:This isn't the 'Josh' that has got Leon Scott's autograph tattooed on him is it?

Some on here are a joke. he's away on holiday and wants a ticket, what's his tattoo got to do with it?

fuck all, but the subject came up, probably because its plastered all over the Darlo FB page, so its obviously going to get discussed.
Re: URGENT
Someone gets an amateur footballers signature tattoed on his arm - he deserves ridiculing and I'd like to hope expects it too. I'd suggest the only 'pathetic' 'jokes' on this thread are the ones without a sense of humour.
Andy and Cameron, come on down.
