Looks from twitter like Chris Senior has retired from playing.

He's a fitness coach or summit like that at Huddersfield now isn't he?

It would be good (if he is interested) to have him as guest of honour at a game this season.

Guest of honour? I'm going to puke FFS.

Would Bishop allow us to build a statue of that now iconic image?

Sounds like a new campaign for Shaun Campbell.

Yep, another £8 in the coffers would be much appreciated.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

Why would that make you want to puke? Football clubs have guests of honour at matches all the time.

TBH he was directly involved in the biggest success our club has had in the last 20 years and for many their most memorable football moment so I think it is fitting.

It would also be another link between last seasons club and this seasons.

Yes he scored a very important goal in this club's history, and I'll always remember him fondly for it. He's a bit of a cult hero.

But 'guest of honour'? Come on - he came off the bench and did his job. A simple knock in to an almost open goal from a couple of yards out. He's hardly Marco Gabbiadini.

Any worth in seeing if we can get some of the old players for one of the games. You know. A bit like when Man U roll our Law and Charlton and Taibi onto the pitch.

We could have Gabbiadini, Liddle, Smith, Collett, Prudhoe and loads more - and make it a 'fans' day for non season ticket holders. As said above, a strong reminder that we are a continuation and not a newco.

Perhaps it could be put together for the final home game. Which may coincide with a big silver trophy being handed over (you never know).
