Could it be that our financial reputation following Reynolds, Houghton and Singh is so shot to pieces that we are illegible for any discounts etc and have been limited to a finite quantity to begin with? A serious question as I don't know how this sort of thing works really.

Wouldn't have thought so - like I say, if I can get 15 kits for my own team, all printed and embroidered, at a price where I reckon we'd be looking at 80%+ profit, then anybody, no matter what their history, should be able to do the same.

Unless this issue is with credit, or the design in question is what is costing more than something off the peg. If that's the case, maybe we should be less sentimental about hoops (and I mean 'we' as in the fans). It feels a bit like 1883 have been pushed into hooped kits when it may not be the most sensible option?

Happy to be wrong on all of the above, and for these kits to be just as economical as any alternative.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

I know we were looking at a number of different companies, so we should be making as much profit from Macron as any other recognised kit manufacturer.

How about taking pre-orders for shirts on the Darlington club shop site?

Then we can order accordingly quickly instead of just taking a stab in the dark at how many of every size we will need every time we re-stock.

The system of ordering on demand worked wonders with the scarfs, and it's good that we're not going crazy with ordering too much stock, well done everyone.

I suggest you both look on the other thread as this is being discussed.
