while I think that B.A.F.C. was always the best option for groundshare - higher ground grading etc - I still think theres gonna be a parking issue. I live 2 miles from Heritage Park The ground has its own car park, but its very small - the draw of parking along the bypass a la Arena is bound to be an attraction, but cant see the local constabulary putting up with that for too long. Also cant see Tescos and Sainsburys allowing people to park there for too long? Take those out the equation and theres not many alternatives.

Do you know of any local businesses which may allow their car parks to be used on a matchday for a small fee?
In the good ol' days I remember Wycombe doing this.
Their ground is next to an industrial estate and many of the industrial units open their carparks on a matchday and charge £3 to park there.

I think I read that 1883 / Bishop are in discussions with the people from the local industrial estates so something seems to be in the pipeline.

I was at Wembley for the FA Vase final and it costs £30 to park a car there!
Glad I got the tube.

Great news about that Hilly!

Good call - the closed store share an entrance with Carpet Right so its gonna be free - even if the landlord decides to put a small charge on it would be o.k.

You'll get 2 hours at least at sainsburys all you have to do is pop in and get a bar of chocolate or something and your using the parking as a customer.

Tesco's is the only real supermarket alternative because as of the end of this season there were no restrictions.
