As per usual I bought the Sunday Sun today, to catch up on the local regional sport and not one mention of Darlo's predicament in where we find ourselves. I know in terms of league status we are now down with the rest of the local non-league teams, but not to mention our situation at all is really taking the pee. I won't be buying the paper anymore thats for sure.

... there's a little snippet at the end of York City's big write up .... a sort of after thought brief summary and non league review culminating in .... "at least Darlington .... or whatever they will be called, still exist to fight another day" .... wtte

We have to realise Pete (if we haven't already), that we're in this alone ... so lets just get on with it and bugger everybody else ...

I think we will have to realise that we are now no more news worthy than any other Northern League club, as that is what we now are. Unfortunate, but true.

and I can't see The Sunday Sun getting my subscription back in a hurry neither. Today's pathetic comment ... sorry after thought, was bloody ignorant and insulting in my eyes .... and I quote ... "At least though they - whatever Darlington come to be called, have not sunk and live to fight another day".

Since they devote a good 4 pages to the Northern League I should think they may have to improve somewhat.
